We know that pharmacies are adept at managing their own stock and supporting patients when you need to adjust dispensing quantities to ensure the people can access the medicines they need. 

Unfortunately, given the short timeframes of this supply issue we have not been able to implement monthly dispensing for April 2026. The Schedule will be updated from 1 May to put Utrogestan on monthly dispensing.

We appreciate the additional time and resource managing supply issues takes.

Expected resupply

Multiple small shipments are arriving. Stock levels are likely to remain limited until late May 2026.
