The supplier was out of stock of the original Fexaclear 120 mg tablets (Pharmacode: 2698781). The new packaging Fexaclear is listed (Pharmacode 2711222).

New look 120 mg Fexaclear on its way
The supplier is switching to a different packaging for fexofenadine (Fexaclear). The new stock has arrived with the supplier. The supplier expects to start sending it to wholesalers soon and pharmacies can expect to see it by early October 2025.
It has been listed with a new Pharmacode: 2711222.

Where no Fexoclear is available
The supplier has run out of the original-package product (Pharmacode: 2698781). It was delisted 1 September 2025.
Fully and partially funded alternatives are available. For most options, a new prescription will be needed. We are sorry for the inconvenience this issue may cause.
Different active ingredient
We have been advised that cetirizine (Pharmacode: 2500728) and loratadine (Pharmacode: 2443996) are suitable, fully funded alternatives.
Both of these options need a new prescription.
Same active ingredient
There is ample supply of the 180 mg fexofenadine tablets (Pharmacode: 2697092). Changing to this strength would need a new prescription.
There is some supply of the partially funded 60 mg Telfast brand of fexofenadine (Pharmacode: 949841). While a new prescription may not be needed, the person will need to pay an additional cost, beyond the co-payment.

Fexaclear available again mid-September 2025
The new look Fexaclear was listed from 1 September 2025. Stock of the new look Fexaclear arrived in mid-September 2025.
