As you will note in the material provided the original Pacific Responsiveness Strategy (PRS) was developed prior to the entry into force of the Pae Ora (Healthy Futures) Act 2022, Te Mana Ola and Pharmac’s Equity Policy. As a result, and in recognition of our statutory responsibilities and our Equity policy the Senior Leadership Team/Board agreed to align aspects of the PRS with the Equity policy to enhance our efforts in Pacific health.
