Molaxole: New packaging

Same Molaxole in the sachet

This is just a change to the packaging of Molaxole. It is still the same product, made in the same place as the Molaxole you're used to.

What is changing?

Current Molaxole packaging describes Viatris as the supplier. However, since mid-2025, Arrotex has been supplying Molaxole brand. They are just updating the packaging to reflect the change in supplier.

Information for pharmacists

The new packaging was listed from 1 February 2026. We expect the Viatris stock (Pharmacode: 2519887) to run out by mid-February. Once it's run out, you'll start getting the Arrotex stock (Pharmacode: 2718332). 

Only the Pharmacode is changing, all other listing details remain the same.

The Viatris Pharmacode will not be delisted for another six months following depletion, likely September or October 2026.

We have created a flyer to reassure people who take Molaxole that it is the same product and will work the same way. Thank you for all the work you do to explain these changes to people.
