The next shipment of Progynova brand oestradiol valerate 2 mg tablets (Pharmacode 2619423) has been delayed.

Stock of the New Zealand Progynova arrived in late August 2026.
The Australian Progynova will likely be supplied until stock runs out. It will remain listed long enough to allow time for stock to be dispensed and claimed.

Alternative funded 1 June
The supplier is bringing its Australian version of Progynova into New Zealand. The product is the same in all respects except for the box that it comes in. The Australian Progynova comes in a 56-pack, rather than the usual 84-pack.
The boxes look very similar. The primary difference is that the contact details are Australian rather than New Zealand.
The Australian Progynova has Medsafe approval to be supplied when the NZ Progynova is not available. It can be prescribed and dispensed as an approved medicine.
It will be funded from 1 June 2026.
