Oxycodone (Oxycodone Amneal) 5, 10, and 20 mg tabs immediate release tablets: Supply issue
There are supply issues affecting the 5 mg, 10 mg, and 20 mg immediate release oxycodone tablets.

Wellmed advises that the next delivery for all three strengths has now been pushed out until September, previously expected August.
Stock at supplier and wholesaler level is low. There is still some stock of the 10 and 20 mg strengths, but it may run out before the next shipment arrives.

Alternative product
Some stock of the oxycodone oral liquid is available.
We ask prescribers to consider prescribing an alternative analgesic.
We acknowledge that this will cause create disruption for those affected. We have developed a flyer to support conversations with people affected by this supply issue.
