Arrotex, the supplier, has run out of Konsyl-D (Pharmacode: 2358727). Limited stock may still be in the supply chain.

The supplier, Arrotex, has run out of the following product. There is still some stock in the supply chain so not all pharmacies may be affected. Pharmacies may not get more supply until early July 2026.

What can I do?

If you cannot get your Konsyl-D prescription filled, you may need to wait until your pharmacy has stock again. While stock is expected to arrive into New Zealand in early July, it can still take another 1 or 2 weeks to reach pharmacies around the country.

There are over-the-counter options available from pharmacies and supermarkets. These would not be funded.

We are sorry, we know that supply issues can be disruptive and not having your treatment available can be disappointing.

Resupply in July 2026

The supplier expects a shipment to arrive in late June 2026. It will take another 2 or 3 weeks for stock to reach pharmacies around New Zealand.
