Ordering nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) products

All nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) orders placed by authorised providers must be made through Onelink’s website.

Authorised providers are those approved by the Ministry of Health to deliver stop smoking services.

  • Pharmac also receives a copy and pays Onelink.
  • Authorised providers do not pay any invoice related to NRT deliveries via the Onelink website.

Keep your contact details up to date

Authorised providers have one contact listed with Pharmac to place orders and receive correspondence about NRT orders.

It’s important to keep those details up to date to avoid unnecessary delays with your NRT order and to ensure you receive any updates.

If you need to update your key contact, email smokingcessation@pharmac.govt.nz

Expired NRT stock

Authorised Providers are responsible for ensuring good stock management of all NRT products ordered. This includes ordering appropriate quantities and ensuring older stock is issued first to reduce the likelihood of expiry.

If you have expired NRT products, these need to be disposed of safely. We recommend you ask your local pharmacy to assist with this.
