Medicine Brand Changes

Note: All of the brochures and leaflets listed below can easily be ordered, for free and in bulk, from Pharmac Online Resources.


BrandSwitch

From time to time the funded brand of a medicine may change as a result of a PHARMAC decision.

The “My Medicine Looks Different” brochure is for patients whose brand of medicine has changed. The brochure answers some common questions about medicine brand changes - such as explaining why the medicine has changed, why it has a different brand name - and includes information about safety and effectiveness. Download (2 pages, 128 KB).
