Exceptional Circumstances Contacts

The Exceptional Circumstances office will be open during the holiday period from 28-30 December 2011. Only Cancer and Hospital Exceptional Circumstances will be processed during this time. Community Exceptional Circumstances applications will be considered again on 10 January 2012. Note that the PHARMAC office is closed from 4:30 pm on Friday 23 December 2011 and will re-open on 4 January 2012.

To ensure all applications are reviewed in a timely manner over the holiday period, please submit applications as soon as possible.
