PHARMAC is not implementing pharmacist endorsed Close Control on digoxin 62.5 μg and 250 μg tablets. Prescriptions should continue to be dispensed all-at-once (stat) unless Close Control has been initiated by the prescriber. Instructions on how to amend pharmacy software systems have been provided.
