Dear Supplier Clarification regarding insulin products in Diabetes Management Products RFP We would like to notify suppliers of the following information in relation to insulin products in the Request for Proposals - Diabetes Management Products dated 26 August 2011. An agreement exists between PHARMAC and the supplier of insulin glulisine which offers subsidy and delisting protection until 31 July 2013. PHARMAC will therefore not consider any proposals of the type described under the Heading Rapid Acting Insulin on page 4 of the RFP unless they commence on, or after, 1 August 2013. For the avoidance of doubt, any such proposal could form part of a wider proposal where other components start at an earlier date.
