TENDER RESULTS
The PHARMAC Board (or Chief Executive under delegated authority) has resolved to award tenders for Sole Subsidised Supply Status and Hospital Supply Status for some products included in the 2009/10 Invitation to Tender, dated 4 December 2009. Some of the pharmaceuticals that will be delisted when the period of Sole Subsidised Supply commences may be subject to existing listing contracts with PHARMAC. Suppliers of pharmaceuticals that are subject to such contracts should continue to supply their pharmaceuticals under those contracts. PHARMAC will continue to subsidise those pharmaceuticals accordingly until such time as those pharmaceuticals are delisted. Notification of Product Changes (NOPC) forms Please note that for any changes (price change, pack size change, new listing etc) to be effective in the Pharmaceutical Schedule (including Section H), suppliers are required to notify any changes to PHARMAC and the Pharmacy Guild of New Zealand by 4pm on the 12th of the month prior to the price change/listing taking effect. More information and NOPC forms can be found on our website – www.pharmac.govt.nz/schedule.asp. 2009/10 Tender Community pharmaceutical tenders – Section B of the Pharmaceutical Schedule 1. Tenders awarded to pharmaceuticals where at least one other brand is listed – listing (or subsidy reduction) for tender winning brand at the tender subsidy will occur on 1 April 2011; reference pricing of non-tender winning brands will occur on 1 June 2011; Sole Subsidised Supply commences on 1 September 2011; delisting of other brands in Section B will occur on 1 September 2011.

Tenders awarded to listed pharmaceuticals where an alternative brand is already listed – price change for the hospital tender winning brand of the pharmaceutical will occur in Section H of the Pharmaceutical Schedule on 1 April 2011; Hospital Supply Status and DV Limits will apply from 1 June 2011; delisting of other brands in Section H will occur on 1 June 2011.
