TENDER RESULTS
The PHARMAC Board (or Chief Executive under delegated authority) has resolved to accept and decline tenders for Sole Subsidised Supply and Hospital Supply Status for some of the products included in the Invitation to Tender dated 4 December 2009. Please also refer to the March and April notifications for tenders awarded to listed pharmaceuticals with subsidy changes on 1 July 2010. These notifications can be found on our website - http://www.pharmac.govt.nz/suppliers/proposals/tenders. Some of the pharmaceuticals that will be delisted when the period of sole supply commences may be subject to existing listing contracts with PHARMAC. Suppliers of pharmaceuticals that are subject to such contracts should continue to supply their pharmaceuticals under those contracts until such time as the pharmaceuticals are delisted and PHARMAC will continue to subsidise their pharmaceuticals accordingly. Product Notification Forms Please note that for all changes (price change, pack size change, new listing etc) to be effective in the Pharmaceutical Schedule (including Section H) suppliers are required to notify PHARMAC and the Guild by 4pm 11th June 2010. More information and product notification forms can be downloaded from our website – www.pharmac.govt.nz/schedule.asp. Community pharmaceutical tenders – Section B of the Pharmaceutical Schedule 1. Tenders awarded to listed pharmaceuticals where no other brand is listed – subsidy changes (where applicable) on 1 July 2010 and Sole Supply Status commences 1 October 2010.
