Blood Glucose Test Strip - claiming reminder

It has been bought to PHARMAC’s attention that some pharmacies may be mistakenly claiming for 50 packs of CareSens and/or On Call Advanced blood glucose test strips and lancets instead of claiming for 1 OP. PHARMAC would like to remind pharmacy staff to take care when dispensing these products as a quantity of 1 entered into dispensing software will result in one pack (50 strips and 5 lancets) being claimed.
