Release of the 2009/10 Invitation to Tender

PHARMAC wishes to advise that the PHARMAC Board has approved the 2009/10 Invitation to Tender, which has been distributed today via the electronic tender (eTender) system. A complete copy of the 2009/10 Invitation to Tender is also available on our website at the following link http://www.pharmac.govt.nz/tender_documents.asp. We will not be posting any hard copies of the Invitation to Tender to you. If you do not receive an e-mail containing the link to the eTender system, please contact us so we can arrange the registration of your company in our system. If you have already registered your e-mail address with us, but you have not received an e-mail link, we suggest that you check your e-mail spam folders (in case it has been caught by your filters) prior to contacting us. Please note that the product list (Schedule 2) has changed following consultation in August/September. Some products have been added or removed either as a result of: § clinical advice received (from the Tender Medical Evaluation Subcommittee of PTAC and/or the Hospital Advisory Pharmaceutical Committee); § consultation responses from suppliers, DHBs and/or medical groups; and/or § Alternative Commercial Proposals. We recommend that you carefully review the revised product list.

More information If you have any queries regarding the tender or require any assistance with the system please contact Yvonne Chen on yvonne.chen@pharmac.govt.nz or (04) 916 7556.
