Dear Supplier FURTHER INFORMATION: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – SUPPLY OF ATORVASTATIN We refer to PHARMAC’s Request for Proposals (RFP) for the supply of atorvastatin issued on 5 November 2009. In Schedule 3 of the RFP information relating to the number of atorvastatin tablets dispensed in the 2007, 2008 and 2009 years (ending June 30) was provided. Following a request for additional information, we are providing a breakdown of total number of atorvastatin unity that were subsidised into the number of atorvastatin units that were fully subsidised via Special Authority approval; and the number of atorvastatin units that were partially subsidised (i.e. that did not have Special Authority approval) as below:
