31 August 2009 Dear Pharmaceutical Suppliers 2010 PTAC meetings and funding application timelines Please find below the 2010 dates for the February and May Pharmacology and Therapeutics Advisory Committee (PTAC) meetings, and the last possible dates for receipt of funding applications that allow an application to be considered for inclusion in the agenda.

Meeting Date: 25 and 26 February 6 and 7 May

Applications to PHARMAC before: 8 December 2009 9 March 2010

When submitting a funding application, please address it to: Advisory Committee Manager PHARMAC Level 9 Cigna House 40 Mercer Street WELLINGTON When making a funding application, PHARMAC requires: § 15 spiral bound copies of the application, synopsis and supporting references; § A CD of the full application, synopsis and supporting references; and § A sample of the pharmaceutical (if the application is for funding of a new pharmaceutical or new brand of pharmaceutical).
