Dear Supplier/Wholesaler TENDER RESULTS The PHARMAC Board (or Chief Executive under delegated authority) has resolved to accept tenders for Sole Subsidised Supply and Hospital Supply Status for some of the products listed in the Invitation to Tender dated 15 December 2006 and the Invitation to Tender dated 23 December 2008. Some of the pharmaceuticals that will be delisted when the period of sole supply commences may be subject to existing listing contracts with PHARMAC. Suppliers of pharmaceuticals that are subject to such contracts should continue to supply their pharmaceuticals under those contracts until such time as the pharmaceuticals are delisted and PHARMAC will continue to subsidise their pharmaceuticals accordingly. Product Notification Forms Please note that for all changes (price change, pack size change, new listing etc) to be effective in the Pharmaceutical Schedule (including Section H) suppliers are required to notify PHARMAC and the Guild by 4pm 13th April 2009. More information and product notification forms can be downloaded from our website – www.pharmac.govt.nz/schedule.asp. 2006/07 Tender Community pharmaceutical tenders – Section B of the Pharmaceutical Schedule 1. Tenders awarded to pharmaceuticals where at least one other brand is listed – listing for tender winning brand at the tender subsidy will occur on 1 May 2009, reference pricing of non-tender winning brand will occur on 1 July 2009 and Sole Subsidised Supply commences on 1 October 2009.
