Dear Supplier/Wholesaler TENDER RESULTS The PHARMAC Board (or Chief Executive under delegated authority) has resolved to accept a tender for Sole Subsidised Supply and Hospital Supply Status for a product listed in the Invitation to Tender dated 15 December 2006. Some of the pharmaceuticals that will be delisted when the period of sole supply commences may be subject to existing listing contracts with PHARMAC. Suppliers of pharmaceuticals that are subject to such contracts should continue to supply their pharmaceuticals under those contracts until such time as the pharmaceuticals are delisted and PHARMAC will continue to subsidise their pharmaceuticals accordingly. Product Notification Forms Please note that for all changes (price change, pack size change, new listing etc) to be effective in the Pharmaceutical Schedule (including Section H) suppliers are required to notify PHARMAC and the Guild by 4pm 12th January 2009. More information and product notification forms can be downloaded from our website – www.pharmac.govt.nz/schedule.asp. 2006/07 Tender Community pharmaceutical tenders – Section B of the Pharmaceutical Schedule 1. Tenders awarded to pharmaceuticals where no other brand is listed – subsidy begins on 1 February 2009 and Sole Subsidised Supply commences on 1 May 2009.

Hospital pharmaceutical tenders – Section H of the Pharmaceutical Schedule 1. Tenders awarded to pharmaceuticals where no brand is listed - listing of the hospital tender winning brand of the pharmaceutical will occur in Section H of the Pharmaceutical Schedule on 1 February 2009 and DV Limits and DV Pharmaceuticals will apply from 1 April 2009.
