Schedule Analyst

• Fixed term - 12 months

Reporting to the Manager, Schedule & Contracts Management, this role is responsible for the production, dissemination of and support for the Pharmaceutical Schedule. You will also be responsible for managing Schedule queries (including answering an 0800 line) & training Schedule users. A high level of professionalism is required to make sure the decisions that PHARMAC makes are communicated effectively. The role requires expertise in pharmaceutical knowledge and printing and publication. Attention to detail is critical. Success in the role requires strong problem solving ability, excellent project management skills and an ability to communicate and build relationships effectively with stakeholders. You will need to enjoy working effectively within and across different teams at PHARMAC and working to fixed deadlines. A pharmacy qualification or similar is essential, as is an understanding of and familiarity with current pharmaceutical and related health sector issues. The role is fixed term for 12 months to cover a staff member on parental leave. Closing date: 22 February 2008.
