To Pharmaceutical Suppliers ADDITION TO THE 2007 INVITATION TO TENDER – SUPPLY OF PHARMACEUTICALS TO DHB HOSPITALS AND/OR TO COMMUNITY PHARMACIES We refer to PHARMAC’s Invitation to Tender dated 21 December 2007 (“the Invitation”). We write to notify an addition to the Tender Items in Schedule Two of the Invitation. The following Tender Item has been added to the Invitation:

Paracetamol with Codeine, Tab paracetamol 500 mg with codeine phosphate 30 mg

This line item has been added for Community and/or Hospital Supply with a DV limit of 1%. The eTendering system has also been updated to include this addition.
